Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aptimind Counselling & Therapy, we are committed to providing dedicated and uninterrupted time for every client. When an appointment is scheduled, the time slot is exclusively reserved and is no longer available to others.

To help us serve all clients effectively and respectfully, we kindly request your understanding of the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation & Refund

  • Once a session is booked and confirmed, cancellation is not permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued for scheduled sessions.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule a session once, subject to the counselor’s availability.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be accommodated.

3. No-Show & Emergencies

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be marked as a no-show.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
  • In case of last-minute emergencies, the session will still be considered a no-show and will not qualify for refund or rescheduling.

4. Late Arrival

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time.
  • Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
  • Arrivals later than 20 minutes from the scheduled start time will be marked as a no-show.
  • Missed time due to late arrival will not be compensated or extended.

This policy enables us to maintain professionalism, respect the time of all clients, and avoid last-minute disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
